- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- **Communication**:Communicating effectively with clients, both internally and externally, to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- **Issue Resolution**:Proactively addressing and resolving client issues and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Client Satisfaction**:Taking ownership of client satisfaction, ensuring they feel valued and their needs are met.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyzing data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements in service delivery.
- **Collaboration**:Working effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- **Project Management**:In some cases, managing projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring all client needs are met and deadlines are met.
- **Presentations and Reports**:Preparing client presentations, reports, and conducting in-person meetings.
- **Vendor Coordination**:Coordinating with vendors for payments and ensuring smooth operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
