**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Promotion & Marketing**:

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Provide detailed information about the benefits, dosage, and side effects of products.
- Ensure doctors are aware of new product launches and updates.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- **Territory Management**:

- Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing and potential healthcare professionals.
- Maintain an updated record of doctors, chemists, and healthcare institutions in the territory.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Address queries or concerns regarding products professionally.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Collect competitor information, including product pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Report feedback to the management for strategy adjustments.
- **Compliance & Ethics**:

- Follow all regulatory and ethical guidelines set by the company and industry standards.
- Ensure that promotional practices are in line with the Medical Council and Pharma Code of Ethics.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Submit daily/weekly call reports and expense statements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare professionals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with medical and scientific knowledge related to the company’s products.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance technical skills and product understanding.
- **Organizing Activities**:

- Arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, doctor meetings, and product awareness programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events.
- **Inventory & Supply Management**:

- Ensure timely delivery of products to chemists or stockists.
- Monitor stock levels and handle product complaints if any.

**Experience -**2 to 8 years of relevant experience of Pharma company

**Shift Type** - Day Shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
