We’re seeking a User Interaction Designer, based in our Pune, India office. In this role, you leverage your end-to-end UX skills to conceptualize and execute product designs that shape the future of Western Union for many years to come. You will be working with a small team of UX designers that is passionate about its work and the impact it has on our customers. **Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, Operations, Marketing, Branding) to develop smart, creative interactive ideas and manage all types of design and customer experience projects.
- When meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders you can listen attentively, identify the user needs and business goals, and come up with UX solutions, represented as wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Design user experiences for new and existing products (web, mobile, app, Kiosk).
- Develop high-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual components, clickable prototypes that effectively convey design intentions and interactions. Deliver final specifications and assets to the engineering team.
- Develop and manage industry best practices in design while building and managing standards for design, content, digital branding, etc.
- Leverage strong communication skills to communicate strategy and vision as well as effective communication and driving of detailed project schedules to manage both internal and client expectations and ensure jobs deliver on time.

**Role Requirements**
- You’ve spent at least 5 years perfecting your skills and can jump into new projects with ease.
- When friends ask what you do all day, you say “UX” in response, but design and testing come into play as well.
- You know Sketch or at minimum Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop or XD.
- You might have other tools you can’t live without - so do we, and we always love to see how others tick.
- You understand how to use Style Guides and the importance of ensuring consistency and alignment of UI patterns.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a Customer focused and a strategic thinker.
