**Your key responsibilities**
- Assist in oversight and governance of multiple design authorities, ensuring they adhere to defined architectural principles and guidelines
- Act as a liaison between design authorities and architecture - resolving conflicts, ensuring alignment and facilitation communications across cross-functional teams
- Support the principal architect in developing and enforcing standards, best practices and templates ensuring consistency across design authorities
- Help document decisions, processes and standards - ensuring compliance across all DA’s
- Assist in identifying architectural risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement in the governance model and across design authorities

**Your skills and experience**

**Essential Skills**
- Strong experience of working within an Infrastructure function within a large enterprise. Preferably with a strong understanding of the data center construct
- Working understanding of Public Cloud technologies
- Strong understanding and experience of virtualization technologies including hypervisors and container platforms.
- Working understanding of modern networks designs
- Excellent communication skills, formally and informally as well as written and verbal

**Preferable Skills**
- Experience of the Google Cloud Platform
- Experience of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Demonstration of leadership in facilitating collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.
- Collaboration in a team while being happy to multitask across multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
- A curious, innovative mind-set that is comfortable and confident to challenge the status quo
- The ability and experience to navigate around a large corporate organisation and able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the Corporate Ladder
- Experience of working in a Financial Services organisation, familiar with Risk Control Frameworks and the Regulatory Regime the bank operates in
