One of our key client is an architecture firm is having an opening for the role of "Landscape Architect"

Job role: Landscape Architect

Experience : 2+ years

Job location: Borivali, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should be through with plantation details, plant -tree name and detailing.
- Should have proven expertise as Landscaping Architect and have deep knowledge on the developing landscaping design, plan for indoor & outdoor spaces, parks, garden, reclaimed land, lagoons etc. Especially in construction, real estate projects.
- Should have problem solving abilities and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Should have work experience in mixed used development, commercial tower, and high-end mansion/villas projects.
- Hands-on experience in landscaping design.
- Should have knowledge of land use and environmental regulations when developing plan.
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of price, BOQ, Specification and drawing.
- Incorporates knowledge of ecology, graphic design, plant materials, construction, and computer technology in to work.
- Should be responsible to manage construction sites in terms of landscaping activities, coordinating with supplier and ensuring contractors are building correctly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
