**Job Requirement**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Minimum 2 years in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment - Should have a good geographical understanding of US location, various job roles, tax terms, and visa types
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CareerBuilder, Net Temps, Linked In, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word, and Excel
- Will need to work in the EST Time Zone.
- Technically proficient in all aspects of end-to-end recruitment
- Must be able to multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency
- Build relationships with third-party sources for resumes
- Work closely with the team of Recruiters and Account Managers in the U.S. to fully understand the requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Relevant certifications from a recognized institute
- End to End recruitment Lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good cross-functional understanding
