**Location**: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **Feasibility Reports** based on plot details, DCPR rules, existing structures, and development potential.
- Interpret, analyze, and refer **architectural plans, layouts, and survey drawings**.
- Draft **concept plans, massing models, and layout options** for new projects.
- Study **FSI consumption, setbacks, DP reservations, and zoning regulations**.
- Prepare **area statements, planning calculations** and support the team during project approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, surveyors, and internal teams for data collection.
- Assist in preparing **presentations, reports, and project documentation**.
- Maintain accuracy and timely delivery of all architectural work.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Architecture** (B.Arch).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate or architectural firms.
- Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD**, basic **SketchUp/Revit** preferred.
- Understanding of **DCPR 2034**, feasibility studies, and FSI calculations.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
