**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
Perform reconciliation & bookkeeping for assigned accounts.
Prepare BAS and P&L statements.
Manage bank accounts and reconcile bank statements.
Communicate financial insights and analysis to management.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (Australian Process experience preferred).
Excellent knowledge of **QuickBooks, XERO, MYOB**, and other accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
