**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in optimizing existing IT systems, processes, and procedures by aligning technical feasibility with end-user requirements.
- Support and train employees in adopting and implementing CAX-related processes from both technical and functional perspectives.
- Monitor and manage system performance within your area of responsibility.
- Provide second-level support for all CAX and data exchange tools.
- Create and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective corrective actions within your area of responsibility.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related field with **3-5 years of professional experience**.
- Good knowledge in integrating complex CAX systems (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
- Good knowledge of **Windows and Linux** operating systems.
- Good knowledge in **network infrastructure** and system management.
- Excellent communication skills and a **very good command of English**.
