**Job description**
- Handling and supporting the full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e from
etc, getting submittal, rate negotiation, confirmations, interview setup, and
- Mapping the resumes against the requirement and matching the profile of the
Tech fetches, indeed, LinkedIn, etc, and other networking methods and marketing of
- Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the
consultants at the best deals. Should be an excellent negotiator and aggressive in
clients.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their
needs and getting them into projects accordingly and quickly.
- Responsible for editing, Updating, and formatting of resumes matching
consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to
clients.
- Building up new business contacts and developing new market segments.
- You Can Look for Freshers but local to Nagpur
- Must be willing to work in night shift. This is a night-shift position (Indian
Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)(US Central Time Working hours 8 AM
to 5 PM CST)
- Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a
good team player and result driven.
- Should be smart enough in understanding the skill, will, and stability concerns of a
- Onsite Job and No work from home/No remote option.
- Completed Graduation. No Plans To study or other job Areas.
- No Older than 32 Years.

For Fresher and Experienced in related field (0-1 yr +)

Salary Range -15000 - 20000 **(Plus Incentive)**

Location: - Telephone Exchange, Nagpur

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
