We are looking for US IT Bench Sales Recruiters with good communication skills and Strong technical handling skills

Role : US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Onsite(Work from office )

Exp: 0 - 2years

Primary Responsibilities:

- Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US CITIZEN) resumes with tier1 vendors/clients (Remote, Onsite, Travel Requirements)
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
- Understanding their resume skillset, keywords, tools and formatting it as required.
- Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume
- Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews. - Arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
- Prepare for signing 2 years bond with Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
