**POSITION PURPOSE**:
This position is for Database Oracle Administrator and to help technical support to the Local and Regional Database Environments. We are seeking a hands-on database administrator with a minimum of 8+ years of Industry experience. Should have strong technical expertise on Oracle and L1 knowledge on Sybase/SQL Server is desirable

**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:
2. Remediating the vulnerabilities. Database performance tuning.

3. In addition, also provide and maintain the high availability (Clustering) and BCP/DR Recovery database solutions.

4. Responsible to develop ITIP Information Management Dashboards including risk analysis, current projects etcfor different functions / clients.

5. Establish excellent working relationships with different functions across various regions.

6. Ensure rigorous follow up and communication to stakeholders on estimated delivery timelines of Projects

7. Analytical mindset in troubleshooting and resolving database problems

8. Good understanding in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools

9. Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.

10. L1/L2 knowledge on SQL Server/Sybase for supporting oncall responsibilities
