Role Description:

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Exploration:

- Discover exciting sales opportunities in the international market without the pressure of strict targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to contribute to revenue growth and build a solid customer base.

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with international clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Quotation Management:

- Master the art of preparing accurate and competitive quotations for potential export orders.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up for feedback in a supportive environment.

Order Coordination:

- Facilitate the smooth execution of export orders, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Documentation Mastery:

- Develop proficiency in handling export documentation processes with precision and adherence to international trade regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in export-import laws and procedures with the support of our experienced team.

Trade Finance Assistance:

- Provide support in trade finance activities, gaining valuable insights into LCs, bank guarantees, and collections.
- Learn and grow alongside industry experts in a nurturing environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Showcase your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with finesse.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay proactive in learning new tools, technologies, and industry best practices in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic work environment, supported by our experienced team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of export documentation, international trade practices, and trade finance principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and related software.
- Certification from recognized export-related institutions is a plus.

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: Monday to saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (First Saturday of every month and last Saturday of every month will be a holiday).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.48 - ₹20,000.29 per month
