
Front Office Supervisor

**Team Supervision**: Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- **Guest Services**: Oversee check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Monitor daily front desk operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage reservations, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on front office activities, such as occupancy rates and revenue.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment, addressing guest needs and enhancing their experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to coordinate services and resolve issues.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve staff performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
