**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients in the assigned territory.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Gather information on competitors and market conditions.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote and sell the company's steel products to meet sales targets.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance and market dynamics.
- **Field Operations**:

- Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driver's license are mandatory.
