
Inside Sales Executive

The **Inside Sales Executive** will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This role involves reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and closing deals over the phone or online communication channels. The executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management and Outreach**:
- Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and close deals.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, such as bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, and telecommunication services.
- Communicate product benefits, features, and competitive advantages effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism.
- **CRM and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales manager on performance and opportunities.
**Key Skills Required**:
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, etc.).
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to handle objections and negotiate deals confidently.
- **Proactive Approach**: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- **CRM Familiarity**: Experience working with CRM software for lead management and reporting.
- **Product Knowledge**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years in inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management roles.
- Experience in IT, telecom, or SaaS industries is a plus.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- **Personality**:
- Energetic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
