**CTO Job Description**

**CTO Responsibilities**:

- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Outline the goals for research and development.
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
- Acting as a mentor to team members.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
- Managing technology budgets and time frames.
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
- Should have knowledge of web development frontend and backend both
- Should have knowledge develop private apps (e.g. shopify developer)
- Should have experience of SAAS
- Should know software, Hardware and the latest technology trending in market
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

**CTO Requirements**:

- Masters degree in computer science/IT or related field.
- IIT, IIM qualified/ MBA (IT), MCA, PHD, preferred
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or in a similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Experience managing and leading technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving successful technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in technology planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to navigate and lead through organizational change and ambiguity.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

**Salary**: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
