**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an English Language Trainer.

3. Excellent command of the English language.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Understanding of diverse learning styles.

6. TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.

7. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.

8. Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
