**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct English language classes for diverse groups of learners.

2. Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to students' needs.

3. Assess students' language skills and provide constructive feedback.

6. Monitor and track students' progress.

7. Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques.

8. Collaborate with other trainers and educators to enhance program effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an English Language Trainer.

3. Excellent command of the English language.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Understanding of diverse learning styles.

6. TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.

7. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.

8. Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate technology into teaching.
