We’re Hiring - Travel Advisors

iFlyNow is looking for 20 enthusiastic male graduates to kick-start their careers in travel sales—with practical sales exposure, structured training, and a clear path to full-time employment.

**Eligibility**
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred)
- Age: 19-30 years
- Good English communication skills (other languages a plus)
- Must live within 30 minutes of our office (Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane)

**Training Structure**
- Program: International Travel Advisor Training
- Training Allowance: ₹700 per day
- Initial 7 Days: If filtered out within the first 7 days, no pay will be given.
- Continuation: If continued beyond 7 days, ₹700/day will be paid from Day 1.
- Night Shift During Training: Additional ₹200 allowance per night.
- Evaluation: Tests and exams will be conducted through various methods.
- Confirmation: Successful completion of 1 month of training will lead to full employment.

**Post-Employment Terms**
- Salary (Fixed): ₹21,000 per month
- Night Allowance: Up to ₹7,500 (max)
- Early Allowance: Up to ₹2,600 (max)
- Total Earning Potential (Fixed): ₹31,100 per month
- Incentives: Additional sales incentives (high-performing agents, especially from CCU, have earned in lakhs).
- Rotational Shifts: 1 AM / 4 AM / 5 AM

- Share best fare options & flight availability
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate booking records in company systems
- Follow sales process & compliance standards
