**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle Hotel Reservation, Car Rental, Domestic Packages, Group Movement.
- Coordinate for Rail Reservation, Bus Reservation
- Understand clients travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Coordinates transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.
- Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Make bookings, Vouchers, Collects payments, books travel arrangements.
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Attends travel seminars and conferences.
- Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
- maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, bills and meetings.
- Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintain Daily DSR of work, Hotel Reservation DSR, Car Rental DSR.
- Keep track on Vendors/supplier credit and payments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or recreational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Demonstrated passion for promoting health and wellness through leisure activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
