**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of our gold and diamond collections to effectively communicate their value and craftsmanship.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

**Store Operations**:Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and appealing.

**Problem-Solving**:Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Freshers can apply.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
- A strong passion for jewelry and an understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing an outstanding shopping experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Malayalam.
- **Education**: Degree in a relevant field is a plus/Any degree.
- **Salary**:Best in industry.
