**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and evaluate the financial programs of the company with Finance team to include Budgeting, Auditing, MIS
- Track the on going offers, coupons, sales/ Marketing/ Operations offer
- Track post marketing revenue records
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and Annually Budget Review Report
- To do audit of ongoing offers, referral programs, gratification/gift, party/event bills etc.
- To prepare budget
- Finance control as per the budget given - Cost control
- To study and analyze the business including trend analysis, annual planning and
- budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, market research
- Evaluation of business on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- To manage financial closings, overall analysis of monthly review sales/ business
- Project cost and profitability analysis
- Implementing a profitability matrix based on payback period and return on capital to
- assess individual project performance and enhance reporting transparency
- To assist in optimization of Companys capital structure and develop prevention for
- reducing the cost of capital
- Sales and Target tracking and review
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making
- Work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and department heads to control and communicate status of deliverables and related tasks
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEOs
- Individual should be proactive, a creative and pragmatic thinker, looking beyond the scope of requests being made.
- Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
