**Job Title: MIS Executive - Projects & Administration**

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update various reports related to **asset tracking, vendor billing, project status, and site updates**:

- Work extensively on **MS Excel/Google Sheets** to manage structured project data and administrative logs
- Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, warehouse/store supervisors for daily updates
- Track and manage project activities, timelines, and resource utilization reports
- Assist in maintaining documentation for audits, utility bills, rental agreements, and AMC records
- Support the Admin/Project leads in preparing dashboards, expense trackers, and inventory records
- Make occasional site visits to collect data, verify work progress, or coordinate with vendors
- **Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in MIS/Admin/Project Coordination roles (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse sector preferred)
- **Must Have Skills**:

- Proficient in **MS Excel** - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas
- Strong reporting and data management capability
- Good coordination and follow-up skills with external and internal stakeholders
- **Preferred**:

- Basic understanding of project/admin processes like vendor management, site setup, or facility maintenance
- Comfortable in doing local travel
- Own Vehicle & DL Mandate

**Reporting To**: Project/Admin Manager
**CTC**: Up to 3 LPA

**Job Type**: On-site / Field coordination required as per project needs.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
