Key Skills : Material Planning, Production Planning Control in Purchase of Raw Material, Control Plan Material Requirement, MIS Reporting Supply Chain Will be one point of contact and will be overall responsible of day to day activities.
- Roles and Responsibilities - Raw material planning for all production stages.
- Responsible for Communication of Raw material requirement to supply chain function
- Responsible for weekly production planning and communication to all functions. Responsible for Co-ordination with all department to execute the plan. Responsible for Co-ordination with Store and ensure raw material availability a week before. Daily meeting with all department to fix the gaps between department.
- Planning for purchase of consolidated consumable. Documentation related to PPC Weekly MIS report to management Responsible for the Inventory of raw material. Should have experience in SAP.
- Execute production plan as per target given. Communicate with other departments to achieve smooth production flow. Maintain inventory of items in the factory.
- Must be able to design and implement manufacturing flow & process. Experience in handicraft industry preferred. Should ensure high quality production at all times. Analyze reasons for any defects or rejections and execute action plans. Ensure that production is exactly as per approved samples. Getting orders packed as per instructions given. Should be able to work in tight schedules.
- Must be able to make packing list & maintain records. Knowledge of production planning and control systems preferred. People management Maintain discipline. Implementation of all systems through proper communication. Labor efficiency control.
