**Who We Are Looking For**

**A results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.**

**Preferred**:
✔ If not from the leather industry, **freshers or interns with a passion for sales & marketing**

**Your Role & Responsibilities**

**Strategize & implement winning sales plans**
**Identify, source, and build strong relationships with buyers, retailers & distributors**
**Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends**
**Generate & convert leads into long-term clients**
**Manage B2B & B2C sales operations to hit revenue targets**
**Plan & execute innovative marketing campaigns (digital & offline)**
**Collaborate with design & production teams for seamless sales integration**
**Negotiate contracts, pricing & agreements with buyers**
**Prepare insightful sales reports & performance forecasts**
**Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions & business networking events**

**What You Need to Succeed**

✔ **MBA in Sales & Marketing** (mandatory)
✔ **Experience in leather bags & wallets industry preferred** (Sourcing buyers is a plus)
✔ If not from the leather industry, **freshers/interns with strong sales acumen are welcome**
✔ **Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills**
✔ **Strong analytical mindset to craft data-driven sales strategies**
✔ **Ability to work independently & meet targets**
✔ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools & digital marketing platforms**
✔ **Willingness to travel for business development activities**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
