**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior design projects.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage labor and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Track project progress and report updates to management.
- Oversee material procurement and inventory management.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure finishing work meets design standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in site supervision for interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and site safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
