We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. **Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and strategies that align with the brand identity and project objectives.

2. Create visually stunning designs for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.

3. Ensure designs are delivered within established timelines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

4. Conduct thorough research to stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

5. Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

6. Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final execution, ensuring that all design deliverables meet the project requirements.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design needs and objectives.

8. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials and platforms.

9. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

10. Stay updated with design software and tools, and recommend improvements or upgrades when necessary.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and expertise.

4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

6. Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

10. Ability to receive feedback constructively and make necessary design revisions.

11. Experience in web design, UI/UX, or motion graphics is a plus.

As a Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and expand your knowledge in the field. **Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
