Job Title: Graphics Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate brand message effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand's objectives.

Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects including advertisements, social media posts, website elements, and print materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.

Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all designs.

Work closely with the content team to incorporate text and other content into design layouts effectively.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Review designs for errors before finalizing artwork for production or publication.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets such as templates, icons, and style guides.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.56 - ₹35,672.71 per month
