**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Accounting & Financial Reporting**:
Prepare and maintain accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets.
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
Reconcile accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
**2)Taxation**:
Calculate, file, and maintain GST, TDS, and Income Tax records, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Prepare and submit accurate GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within the due deadlines.
Prepare and file TDS returns (TDS certificates, Form 26AS, etc.) in compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage Income Tax filings and ITR returns for individuals and the company as required.
Liaise with tax authorities for any audit or assessment-related queries.
**3) ERP & Tally Management**:
Ensure seamless use and management of Tally and ERP systems for accounting operations.
Perform data entry and review in Tally for all transactions, including invoicing, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Oversee the integrity of data within the ERP system, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Generate reports from ERP systems and Tally to monitor financial performance.
**4) Internal Controls & Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and adherence to financial controls.
Manage and maintain documentation for all accounting and tax-related activities.
**5) Support in Financial Planning & Analysis**:
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Support the finance team with variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
**6) General Accounting Tasks**:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements as required.
Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the finance manager.
**7) Qualifications & Skills**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
**8) Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ITR returns.
Experience in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
Knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation Laws is essential.
Strong understanding of financial management, cost accounting, and corporate finance.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external auditors/tax consultants.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
