**Job Profile: Calling/Counselor** **Location: Dombivli**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to aspiring students through calls and provide them with valuable guidance on competitive exam preparation.
- Understand each student's unique aspirations and challenges, tailoring your counseling approach to meet their needs.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the competitive exam landscape to address student concerns and provide practical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the counseling team to develop strategies for student success.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate with a passion for education and student development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and inspire confidence.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students.
