Embark on a career-defining journey with PhysicsWallah PW as an Academic Counsellor Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor students, support parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, and convert potential leads into admissions.

This is a six-month traineeship program that includes structured training and mentorship. As an Academic Counsellor Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Mentoring students on our school curriculum and guiding them towards academic excellence.
• Supporting parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, providing guidance and reassurance when needed.
• Converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or Business Development Activities (BDA) is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for education and mentorship, driving your enthusiasm to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
