**Job Description: Steward**
**Location**: Charni Road
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 plus service charge, tips, and food
**Shift Type**: Straight Shift
**Shift Hours**: 10 hours
**Weekly Off**: 1 day off per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist guests with menu selections, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and other dining area equipment.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Ensure dishes and cutlery are spotless and readily available for customers.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints politely and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
