**Job description**

Looking for Jr. Lawyer for our Delhi Office, whose main roles and responsibilities shall be as under:

- Managing all the existing and new legal cases of the company and also the persona legal cases of the director.
- Coordinating with lawyers and taking notes for the due cases and preparing necessary documentation
- Drafting legal & commercial documents and also other various documents, such case filing, case withdrawal, petition filling, warning letters for parties, MOU, Service Agreements, JV, Non-disclosure agreements etc.
- Tracking Corporate commercial transaction
- Reviewing contracts & devising policies & processes relating to vendors, debtors etc.
- Advising on Legal, FEMA & FDI Compliances with regards to various legal issues and taking proper actions
- Managing sheets with comprehensive details of all legal activities like cases, letters, court appearance including next course of actions
- Contacting and visiting to debtors in order to debt recovery and also to inform them about the case filing against them

**Required Skills**:

- Min. 5-8 years of experience of handling corporate cases
- Vendor management and debt recovery work experience is must

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
