**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Retention Officer who will primarily function as an Admission Counselor with a special focus on retaining students who are at risk of dropping out. The role involves proactive communication, understanding student concerns, and offering solutions to ensure they stay engaged and successfully complete their courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Connect with students who have become inactive or are at risk of dropping off.

Ø Understand their challenges (academic, financial, or personal) and provide feasible solutions.

Ø Maintain consistent follow-ups to re-engage drop-off students.

Ø Counsel students about the value of completing their chosen course.

Ø Work closely with the academic and support teams to address student issues promptly.

Ø Maintain detailed records of retention activities and student status updates.

Ø Achieve monthly retention and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field (education, sales, or counseling background preferred).

Ø Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ø Empathy and problem-solving mindset.

Ø Experience in student counseling, telecalling, or customer retention will be an advantage.

Ø Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
