**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create custom illustrations and design graphics from concept to final execution for various projects.
- Work on logo design, brand identity, and packaging design for clients across industries.
- Design mockups for digital and physical product presentations, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Develop and execute social media graphics, marketing posts, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team on UX/UI elements when required for larger projects.
- Follow brand guidelines while introducing creative innovation.
- Translate design briefs into visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to come up with creative design solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or freelance setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Affinity Suite.
- Experience with logo design, branding, packaging design, and social media marketing posts.
- Ability to create fantastic mockups for both digital and print presentations.
- Expertise in custom illustrations with a focus on delivering high-quality, unique content.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills in branding, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design.
- Experience with social media strategy and understanding of current design trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
