ESP Softtech is a creative powerhouse specializing in delivering innovative and visually stunning designs. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Figma experience required
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma**, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,430.81 - ₹31,557.08 per month
