Job Description:
1. Operation of Equipment:

- Operate and monitor plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, and its associated valves
- Monitor instrument readings, flow meters, temperatures, and pressure gauges.

2. Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working

environment.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and follow emergency procedures in case of equipment

malfunctions or incidents.
- Handle equipment with safety regulations and report near misses.

3. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality control tests on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Follow SOP’s and Work instructions to maintain product quality and consistency of gases and

chemicals delivering to plant.

4. Troubleshooting:

- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
- Collaborate with team to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Implement corrective actions to address operational issues and prevent downtime.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of operating parameters and quality control data
- Complete incoming material batch records, and other required documentation.
- Prepare reports on downtime and quality metrics.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and other departments to optimize operations KPI like

Purity, Uptime.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities during shift

changes.

7. Environmental Compliance:

- Implement waste disposal procedures in accordance with environmental standards.

8. Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve

safety.

Qualifications: 2- 5 years of work experience with educational background in any of following streams
- Any science Graduate
- Diploma
- ITI

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Chemical Plant Operation: 1 year (preferred)
- chemical manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- chemical processes: 1 year (preferred)
- equipment operation: 1 year (preferred)
- safety protocols: 1 year (preferred)
