We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.

**Content Creation**:Collaborate with the content team to develop creative and relevant content such as blog posts, infographics, and videos.
Ensure content aligns with the brand's messaging and maintains a consistent tone.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:Assist in optimizing website content for better search engine visibility.
Help with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.

**Data Analysis**:Help in collecting and analyzing data from various digital marketing campaigns.
Contribute to creating performance reports and making data-driven recommendations.

**Digital Advertising**:Support the digital advertising team in setting up and managing online ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations based on insights.

**Market Research**:Assist in researching industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure smooth campaign execution.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with an ability to work with data and draw actionable insights.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
