This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of education-focused marketing to enhance brand visibility, engage parents, and drive admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media & Content Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Capture and edit school events, videos, and reels to showcase school culture and student life
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build online community

**Website & SEO Management**:

- Regularly update and manage content on the school website
- Optimize content and structure for SEO to improve search rankings
- Coordinate with web developers for enhancements and performance monitoring

**Campaigns & Ads**:

- Design and run Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to boost admissions and event visibility
- Track and analyze ROI and engagement metrics
- Prepare campaign reports and suggest improvements

**Analytics & Strategy**:

- Monitor traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable strategies
- Collaborate with the admissions and leadership teams to align marketing goals

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Mailchimp or similar tools
Good writing skills in English and basic knowledge of Gujarati/Hindi is a plus
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
