**Role Description**

Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic & and patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.

Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

Ensure collection of outstanding fees from parents within the specified time.

**Qualifications**
- Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal - English and Regional language)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
