**Job Title**: Admission Officer

**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Salary Range**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month

**Experience**: 3 - 8 years

**Gender Preference**: Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute the end-to-end **admission process** including counseling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct campus tours and presentations for potential students and families.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Provide timely reports and updates to management on admission status and performance metrics.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (education or management preferred).
- **3-8 years** of proven experience in **admissions, counseling, or educational administration**.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
