**Job Title: Night Shift Customer Handling Representative**

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Shift Customer Handling Representative. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs during the night shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer questions via phone.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Patience and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required).

This is a on-site position that requires flexibility and a strong customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,835.66 per month
