- Review employees expense reimbursement claims
- Get familiar with ZS Expense Policy
- Perform Domestic and international travel claim settlement process
- Review each expense with respect to policy limits/guidelines
- Help employees to rectify errors in report or queries
- Share process improvement ideas to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare employee payment proposal file
- Work on adhoc expense report analysis
- Post accounting entries
- Support Internal Audit team and seniors in the team on various initiatives
- Resolve Employees’ submission or system related queries
- Work as a good team player and extend support within team as needed
