Role Description – Senior Finance Associate (Dubai Office) Full-Time | On-Site | PRF This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Finance Associate at PRF , a leading tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm. The Senior Finance Associate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance services to clients, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support. This is a client-facing senior role, requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent review skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements independently and efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and regulatory reports - Perform and oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing across multiple client accounts - Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare customized management reports - Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including computations, return preparation, and timely filings - Participate in audit engagements, including preparing working papers, reviewing client records, and identifying risk areas - Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of all outputs - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal process improvement initiatives - Ensure all deliverables meet professional, quality, and regulatory standards - Provide technical support to junior team members and help maintain best practices within the finance team Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accounting - Solid working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations - Experience in a professional services, audit, accounting, or tax advisory firm is highly preferred - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, and advanced MS Excel - Excellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, CPA, or equivalent are a strong advantage - Immediate joiners preferred
