**Salary**: -10,000-20,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience as counsellor
- Minimum experience: - 1-2 years of experience in counselling or related filed.

Education: -Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Eligibility: -Only Females

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

Profile Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on clients' concerns and objectives.
- Providing individual, couples, family, or group counseling sessions.
- Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist clients in addressing their challenges.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- State licensure or certification as a Counselor (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or psychotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories and techniques.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Empathy, patience, and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
