**Position Summary**:As a Billing Staff member at Mekkadans Wedding Center, your primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of billing, invoicing, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless financial experience for both customers and the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing and Invoicing**: Generate invoices and bills for customers accurately and in a timely manner, reflecting purchases, services, and any special arrangements.

**Payment Processing**: Receive and process customer payments through various methods, including cash, credit cards, checks, and online payment systems.

**Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile financial transactions, verify payment receipts, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.

**Customer Queries**: Address customer queries related to billing, payments, and invoices, providing assistance and resolving issues professionally.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, billing documents, and customer payment information.

**Data Entry**: Enter financial data into the company's accounting software or database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**Reporting**: Generate regular reports on billing, payments, and accounts receivable, and provide updates to the management team.

**Financial Compliance**: Ensure that billing practices comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service in all billing and financial interactions, ensuring customers have a positive experience.

**Collaboration**: Work with other departments, such as sales and customer relations, to resolve billing and payment issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address customer billing inquiries professionally.
- Organized, with strong record-keeping and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reconcile accounts.
- A commitment to delivering accurate and efficient billing services.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
