**Job Title**: Academic Counselor - NEET Admissions
**Department**: Admissions & Counseling
**Location**:Kochi
**Reporting To**: Admissions Manager / Center Head

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Handling & Counseling**:

- Manage walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries from students and parents.
- Counsel students on NEET programs, course structures, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions.
- Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Ensure proper entry of leads and admissions data in CRM/MIS systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build strong rapport with students and parents, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Act as a bridge between students, parents, and the institution.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and admissions.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Fluency in Tamil & English** (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, Psychology, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (education/NEET coaching sector preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills in **Tamil** may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
