**Job Role
- Academic/Student counselor**

**Location-Kochi**

We are looking for a committed, empathetic Academic/student counselor to join our company. You will be assisting students interpersonal and professional development, and providing educational and career guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling students parents about our courses.
- Clarifying the doubts of students and parents regarding the course industry
- Managing monthly fee collection
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
- Coordinate with other departments like Academics Placements.
- Liaison with the Head Office for upcoming events like admission tests, schemes and other offers.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Energetic and positive attitude throughout the entire day
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized people with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong sense of personal leadership and ability to function independently.
- You must be articulate, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Verification of leads
- Organising promotional events.
- Converting the leads as admissions.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants.

Qualification
- Degree with proven work experience of minimum 1 year required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
