Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling his/her prospects/enquiries/customers.
- Handle the calls to prospective customers from database and convert them into opportunities.
- Attending/Visiting potential customer visit at project sites.
- Responding to client queries on time & Achieving sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the visibility of the project, performance of the project and the type of walk-in customers.
- This position will help the individual to increase the skills in manpower handling, negotiation on price, better understanding on sales, to handle potential territory in a supervisory roles as a Sales Executive Responsible to achieve sales target by closing deals.
- Personal Laptop is also a must.
- We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic people for our residential real estate sales team.
- Good Communication Skills(Oral and written), Task and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure and Good Computer Skills.
- Should have minimum 2+ years of experience into Sales and Business Development with reputed Real Esatate Company.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
