As a Sales Executive at TruelyMarry, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our exclusive matrimonial services. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through active lead generation and follow-up.
- Present TruelyMarry’s services to potential clients with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a preference for those with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a desire to excel in sales.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and other relevant languages is an advantage.
